Linux Support

For windows it is just plug and play, here some notes on linux

• Raw text strings do not seem to work. But macros do work!
• Find endpoints: ls /dev/hidraw*
• Check which endpoint is responding: cat /dev/hidrawX (X is the number)     - Best to assign a key with CTRL+C to see some reaction
