• breaking out of auto loop, use youtube less and become more aware of usage

2026 Achievements

• ongoing sport routine
• static food plan and plenty of it. Motivator for morning should be tasty food
• dentist appointment
• fixed washing machine
• private investment strategy with ing
• body care (hygiene, lotions, bath)
• all in paperless with backup strat
• use pen and paper to solve problems that require a long thoughtchain
• automatic sync of other files
• doing calculation as Hausverwaltung
• keep 3d printing and painting
• overhaul note tsking system; graph based, maybe align folders for yearly plans. Then after year move folders to archive except for those that stay
• finding way to build identity with positive impulse (devon larratt, leonidas; insights). Loneliness and sadness went away when seeing these two. Try auto suggestion, free thoughts 20min in the morning and so on. Or tracking system in daily journal to keep track. Maybe just change daily note template!!
