## Cordless Screwdriver

Bosch Screwdriver
- battery can be attached at the bottom
- attach bits: clockwise rotation
- detach bits: counter clockwise rotation
- handling:
- 3 modes

## Hammer Drill
Bosch
- Make sure to check how deep you can drill and set the thingy to its depth.
- For tiles: It is recommended to drill into the joints and use a diamond tip. The hammer destroys more easily and the diamond grinds or cuts more elegantly.

## My Bosch drill driver
Basic usage:
- Attach battery at the bottom.
- Insert bits by bringing them straight down into the socket and then pushing them down like a falling tree.
- Screw in = clockwise, unscrew = counterclockwise.
- Operation:
- Has 3 modes. Screw, drill, drill hammer. Screw mode is the left one, drill the middle. Drill hammer function not to be used. Use [[hammer-drill]] instead.
- Drill driver must be pressed with slight body weight against the object being screwed.
- First, possibly use a small marker or pin with wood to create a dent so it won't slip. Then slowly bring the screw perpendicularly into the socket and then quickly screw in.
- Change rotation direction to pull screws with the two side red buttons (with an arrow).
- For drilling, switch to the middle mode. Possibly increase power by setting the number on top of the drill from 1 to 2.
- Wood drill attachments are elongated screw-shaped metal rods with a point.
- Tip: if a screw needs to be inserted into wood without it possibly cracking (and you don't get splinters when driving over it), use a Versenker attachment to make a dent in the wood before.
